Monthly direct debit: £30
Mat fee per session: £10 (ADULTS)
Payment
Monthly memberships: Payment will be taken via direct debit on the 1st or 15th of each month. Nest Management manages all our direct debits. We will send you an email to set up the direct debit after your free trial session. With all memberships, there is a £15 joining fee, this is payable via cash at your first session after the free trial.
GNR8 Academy Terms & Conditions
Members must attend the same class each week as this allows us to manage class numbers. If a member wishes to temporarily change their training day, a minimum 48-hour notice is required, and the change must be approved by the GNR8 Academy team, subject to availability. A maximum of one change per month is permitted.
For any amendments to your direct debit you must provide 2 weeks notice to ensure it can be actioned by your next payment date.
Holidays, Refunds & Cancellations – Classes are run continually throughout the year with minimal breaks during Summer, Easter, October, and Christmas. The fee takes into account these breaks so no fees will be refunded for these periods. You will be informed of these breaks in advance via email. If you / your child is off for a significant period due to prolonged illness/ injury, NEST will be able to suspend your Direct Debit. Please call to let us know if your child is going to be off for an extended period.
Please note : Suspensions temporarily pause payments but do not cancel the membership. We will not give refunds for non-attendance of classes for any reason other than those stated in the paragraph above. Members must give at least 1 month’s written notice of cancellation to info@gnr8academy.co.uk
